Located in the Reference Area as weekly pamphlets in a looseleaf binder. Each issue is devoted to one significant issue, such as Gun Control, Religion in School, etc. Each issue includes background, chronology, current situation, topics at issue, outlook, and an extensive list of annotated resources.  Keeley LIbrary Rev. 4/10/2000

The Keeley Library owns issues from the 1993 and 1994 bound volumes. The Fall River Public Library and BCC have all the volumes since 1991. Some of the topics in the Keeley Library are:
